Shine Cafe is located in the historic Chestnut house, built in 1927 and lovingly restored by the owners. They will be working with their family in every aspect of the business, from cooking to growing organic vegetables for the restaurant.
Our Executive Chef and Owner, Leslie Wilson, trained at her mom and grandma's elbow. Her father's family is from Brazil and her mother's family is from the Netherlands which creates the International flair of her cuisine. She'll be working with professionally trained, Co-Executive Chef, Curtis Scott and her first cousin, a former New York restaurant owner and Pastry Chef Extraordinaire, Karen Hetherington,
